NFDHR launch construction and rehabilitation of 259 classrooms



 
National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NFDHR) has launched constructing and rehabilitating 259 classrooms in Al-Bayda, Marib and Al-Hodeidah governorates, with support of Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).
 
The construction of 29 new classrooms and rehabilitation of 235 in the affected areas in the districts of Al-Bayda City, Rada’a, Radman, Al-Soma’a, Al-Abdiya and Beit Al-Faqih will benefit
11,880 school boys and girl.
 
NFDHR will also build and rehabilitate 165 bathrooms in the targeted schools, including 65 bathrooms in Al-Hodeidah Governorate and 60 bathrooms in Al-Bayda and Marib governorates.
 
The Foundation has already provided the targeted schools with school seats and recreational bags, and has supported 15,000 school children in these schools with school bags and their supplies
