The Foundation Holds a Coordination Workshop for Stakeholders and Water User Associations in Tarim District, Hadramout



The National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NFDHR) held a coordination workshop for key stakeholders and water user associations in Tarim District, Hadramout Governorate.

The workshop discussed the activities implemented in the first phase of the project "Enhancing Food Availability through Increased Agricultural Production for Subsistence Farmers" and the efforts made by the Water Users Associations in the Thabra and Mashta Valleys in the context of enhancing food security and agriculture. In addition to reviewing the technical studies and activities of the second phase of the project, which will target 242 families in Tarim district.

It is worth mentioning that the project is being implemented by the Food and Agriculture Organization - FAO in partnership with NFDHR and with the support of the State of Kuwait.
