The National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NAHR) participated as a strategic sponsor in the Youth Vision Program, as part of the tracks of the International Scientific Conference on Environmental Protection and Achieving Water Security in Light of Climate Change. The conference was held on December 16, 2025, at the University of Aden, with the participation of academics, specialists, and youth from various entities.

The program discussed a number of issues related to environmental and climatic challenges, focusing on the importance of integration between environmental protection and the sustainable management of water resources, as well as the role of innovation, modern technologies, and governance in supporting sustainability pathways.

The program also provided an effective platform for youth to present practical visions and ideas that contribute to confronting the effects of climate change and enhancing the security of natural resources.

This program comes within the preparations for the International Scientific Conference, which the Foundation will sponsor strategically under the title: Environmental Protection and Achieving Water Security in Light of Climate Change – Reality Challenges and Sustainable Development Prospects. It is scheduled to be held during the period of 21-22 of this December.

The Youth Vision Program is considered part of the conference program, where its recommendations and outcomes will be included within its proceedings. This enhances scientific research and contributes to providing realistic solutions to the environmental and water challenges facing Yemen and the Arab region.
