Al-Bayda city, Tuesday, August 23, a training on the guide to community awareness messages and the promotion of personal hygiene efforts was concluded for volunteers, organized by NFDHR with support of YHF.
The 3-day training aimed at providing 21 volunteers from the districts of Radman and Al-Sawma’a in Al-Bayda and Al-Abdyiah in Marib governorate, theoretical and practical knowledge and skills related to community awareness, environmental sanitation, methods of disease prevention, water conservation and purification, and the promotion and improvement of personal hygiene.
The volunteers will carry out 432 community awareness sessions in the targeted districts over the next three months.
