Monday - Sana’a, orientation workshop was held to review the development plans of 23 districts and to identify urgent priorities for 2022 with the participation of local communities within the scope of the project "Strengthening Institutional and Economic Resilience in Yemen - SIERY implemented by the United Nations Development Program
(UNDP) through National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NFDHR), funded by the European Union Mission in Yemen (EUin Yemen).

The workshop was held at the Ministry of Local Administration in Sana’a, with the participation of 23 specialists in preparing development plans and budgets, and the project aims to build the capacity of local authorities in the field of expenditure management, and to enhance cooperation with local communities to determine development needs and priorities. The workshop aimed at exchanging accumulated experiences to benefit in achieving the desired goals in the five governorates: Sana'a, Ibb, Hodeidah, Hajjah, and Taiz.
