The Director General of Haydan City, Sheikh Saleh Fadhil, and Director of Programs at the National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NFDHR), Engineer Khaled Al-Othmani, inaugurated the comprehensive clean-up campaign implemented by NFDHRin Haydan City, Saada Governorate. on Monday, October 5.

The two-day campaign falls within the activities of the integrated emergency interventions to preserve life in water and environmental sanitation project, which is implemented by NFDHR in Haydan and Ketaf districts, funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).

The campaign aims to remove 500 cubic meters of garbage and waste from the streets and neighborhoods of Haydan, in addition to educating the people about the importance of hygiene and disposing of garbage appropriately and disposing it only in the designated places.
