NFDHR starts constructing 10 classrooms in Al-Jarrahi District

National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NFDHR) has launched the construction work for building 10 classrooms in Al-Jarrahi district, Al-Hodeida Governorate, in coordination with the Education Office in Al-Hodeida.
Classrooms distribute over five affected schools - two classrooms in each school- to reduce overcrowding due to displacement to the area. This construction is among the activities of Emergency Response Project for Education Services, funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF). The activities of the project also include providing 13 schools with 1050 school seats and 100 boards, construction and rehabilitation of 18 toilets in the targeted schools, as well as supporting 10,000 students with school bags with required stationary.
