The local authority of Al-Mutton district honors NFDHR for its efforts in supporting them in education



The local authority and the office of Education in Al-Muttoun district in Al-Jawf Governorate honored the National Development and Humanitarian Response Foundation (NFDHR) for its efforts in supporting education in their district.

The local authority gave NFDHR  a certificate of thanks and appreciation for its efforts, which it described as fruitful in supporting the educational process.

They recognized NFDHR’s implementation of projects and interventions aimed at continuing education through supporting damaged schools, building classrooms, providing 100 teachers with financial incentives, supporting 3100 students with school bags and schools with 13 recreation bags, providing 100 new school desks, repairing and maintaining 185 other desks, and holding different  activities to raise awareness of the importance of educating boys and girls in schools.


The local authority confirmed that these interventions had a positive impact on improving the educational process in Al Mutton district.

NFDHR is currently implementing the Emergency Response Project for Education Services in the Al Mutton District in Al-Jawf Governorate, in addition to the districts of Majz, Sahar and Al-Safra in Sa’ada Governorate, thanks to funding by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).
