Two workshops to introduce Urgent Protection Response to IDPs and Most Vulnerable in Al- Bayda and Dhamar



  
The National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response(NFDHR) held two workshops to introduce Urgent Protection Response to IDPs and Most Vulnerable in Al- Bayda and Dhamar Governorates with the participation of representatives of local authorities in both governorates.
 The two workshops, which were held in the cities of Al-Bayda city and Wusab as Safil , aimed to familiarize the project staff with the activities and interventions implemented by the Foundation in coordination with its partners in the targeted areas, which will contribute to alleviating the suffering of IDPs and affected people through the community centers.
 During the two workshops, the project coordinators in Al-Bayda city and Wusab as Safil provided detailed presentations on the overall interventions and activities of   Urgent Protection Response to protect IDPs and vulnerable people to support and assist displaced and war-affected families and the most vulnerable groups in terms of medical services, psychosocial support, Documentation, social reform and legal support.
 The staff of the project and the participants in the workshops also learned about the mechanism of work for the reception of IDPs and the criteria for targeting and serving the targets of men, women and children.
The project aims to provide basic protection services as part of the first and second line responses to the protection of 15,360 IDPs and other vulnerable groups in two cities of Al-Bayda city and Wusab as Safil of Al-Bayda and Dhamar governorates through community centers.
